​Once you receive any order notification, it is too late to cancel the order and you must request a return.

We accept returns within 15 days of original ship date as long as the item is in the original product box, unopened, and undamaged. We may elect to not accept or authorize the return of products that are not in their unopened, original packaging, or have been altered or modified.

Once the product has been returned to us and has been ascertained to be complete and undamaged.

Your purchase price after any fees and deductions that may apply will be refunded to you. 

We do not refund any shipping costs. All of our products come with a 15 Day Warranty. We can only replace items with manufacturing errors or breaks within this time frame. We will repair or replace the defective product.

DATSHOPNYC is not responsible for any damaged items during shipment. If any items are missing or seem damaged due to shipment please file a claim with the respective shipping company. 

Any other returns, refunds, or exchanges will be dealt with on a case by case basis.

Some items being highly customizable to each individual customer , if that certain item needs to be returned, there will be a $35.00 restocking fee that applies for CERTAIN items that need to be canceled and or returned.
