Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. All orders are made to order so if we receive a influx of orders this may cause a increased wait time that is out of our control.


Domestic Shipping 
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 



Local Delivery
At this time we do not offer local delivery.



In-Store Pickup

You can skip the shipping times with local pickup at 4422 3rd Avenue, Brooklyn NY 11220 . After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 3 to 5 business days. In order to pick up in store you will be required to book an appointment under LOCAL PICK UP when you have received an email that your order is ready for pick up. Our in-store pickup hours may vary. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.



How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at DATSHOPNYC@GMAIL.COM with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
